I have different citations/ versions of the same case. Which citation/version should I use?

Law students at Western Sydney University are expected to read, use and only cite the case version found in the authorised law report series for that particular jurisdiction. When you are citing the source in your reference list the description of the format (DVD or online video) is placed after the title. Other descriptors that could be used for recorded content are television program (if viewed on TV), audio recording or podcast. Online content that is viewed via the free web will require a viewed date and a URL. Other information can be added after the publisher details e.g. Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
